The Forms Browser provides a comprehensive view of all forms in the Insuraviews system, allowing you to quickly navigate from high-level summaries to detailed form analysis or original documents.
Key Concept: The browser displays summarized information extracted from forms that may contain hundreds or thousands of pages, giving you quick access to the most important data points without having to read through entire documents.
Available Filters
Configure your browsing experience using these filters:
Carrier - Select specific insurance companies
State - Choose specific states or view all states
Disposition Status - Filter by filing status
Saved Filters Feature:
Click "Saved Filters" to access previously saved filter combinations
Filters saved in the browser can be reused across other reports and views
This ensures consistent analysis parameters across different parts of the platform
Understanding the Forms List
The browser displays filings in a sortable table format with these key columns:
Carrier - Insurance company name (sortable)
SERFF Tracking - Clickable SERFF tracking number that links to detailed filing view
Product Name - Specific insurance product being filed
State - Form jurisdiction (sortable)
Effective - Effective date of the form (sortable)
Renewal - Renewal date of the form (sortable)
Submitted - Date the form was submitted
Disposition - Status
Detailed Form Analysis
When you click on any SERFF tracking number, you access a comprehensive form summary page that includes:
Form Header Information:
Company name
SERFF tracking number with effective and submitted dates
DOI Reviewer(s)
"Download as PDF" button - Access the original form document
Form Description - A description of the form
Form Summary - A expanded summary and analysis of the contents of the form
