Improvements

Brief Builder Improvements:

• Keyword briefs can now be performed as a standalone brief, without the added context of the other lenses

• When editing the scope of a brief in the refreshed Intelligence Briefs, the header will now update the header with the updated scope

• If there is a circumstance where no additional filings are found when editing the scope, the user will now see a message rather than just the Generate button be unavailable

Short replay of the warning when no additional filings are available for the scope change

Bug Fixes

• INS-1362: selecting "clear filters" in the filing browser will now leave previous results until new filters are entered, rather than clearing results along with the filters

• INS-1344: adding filters to the DOI View will now adjust the list of available reviewer profiles to match the filters, rather than always listing all reviewers

• INS-1317: removing a sub-TOI filter will now no longer remove the TOI filter as well
