### New Features

* Single and Multi Carrier Views now include a Heat Map Legend for the "Rate Impact & Written Premium for the Program By State" section

* Users can now Bookmark filings, in order to refer back to important documents, or follow pending filings as they move through the review process. More exciting improvments to this feature is coming soon!

### Improvements

* Submitted Date is now a column header in the filings browser, allowing users to order results by submitted date

* Query Builder now provides an array of suggestions for queries

### Bug Fixes

* INS-824: Fixed an error where the "filings found" after searches would display the incorrect count of filings.
* INS-650: Clearing all filters while in the DOI View will now clear the reviewer selected in the 'Average Days to Approval by Rate Impact' section
* INS-1009: Fixed an error where loading saved filters in the Brief Builder would not change the "Date Range" filter from effective date.
